"Can B Schools Create Leaders For Post Pandemic World," Discusses B School Heads

BW Education In Association With BW Businessworld hosted “Future Of Management Education Conclave".

In times where traditional classroom patterns have been put on hold, the way forward isn’t going to be a cakewalk. It has now become mandatory for educational institutions to prepare the upcoming lot in micro-managing such situations with great wit and poise.

While the pandemic has led to turbulent times for all those who have lost their livelihoods, the good news is that it has given rise to new creators and new businesses.

BW Education in association with BW Businessworld held a conference upon “Future Of Management Education” where industry experts like Madhu Chitkara, Pro-Chancellor, Chitkara University, Manoj Pant, Director, IIFT, Madhu Veeraraghavan, Director, T A Pai Management Institute, Monica Khanna, Director, KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research and Anup K Singh, Director, Nirma University came together on one platform and shared their respective views upon the educational scenario in our country and the way forward.

Amid the fear and uncertainty, people are energized as companies make good on purpose statements, eliminate bureaucracy, empower previously untested leaders with big responsibilities, and “turbocharge” decision making.

This segment clearly laid emphasis upon the ways to overcome this strenuous time and pave way for kids to still have access to a brighter future ahead.

Educational institutional leaders are seeking to survive and thrive in a post-pandemic environment have no choice but to reassess and redefine their value proposition, argue Scott Latham and Michael Braun.

The fact is that, for all the discussions about how universities and colleges should pivot during this period, the need to revisit higher education’s core value and its related resources has never been more imperative.
