Crejo.Fun Hosts An Online Poem Writing Competition For Children

On the occasion of Teachers’ Day, thousands of students from across the globe participated in Words On Wings, an Online Poem Writing Competition for children, and offered heartfelt tributes to their teachers through Poems.

Crejo.Fun, India's leading online platform for extra-curricular activities for children aged 4-14 years, organized 'Words On Wings' - a poem writing competition for children to mark the auspicious event of Teacher's Day this year.

More than 1000 students from 100 schools participated in the event and wrote poems about their love for teachers, the struggles of online classes, and their eagerness to meet them again soon.

Vikas Bansal, Co-founder and CEO for Crejo.Fun, said, "We saw an overwhelming response to the event as students paid the deepest respect to their teachers through the medium of poems. Simple, effective and heartfelt, the poetic creations of these little kids are enough to melt the heart of any reader. While it is impossible to repay the debt one owes to their teachers, we felt this was a nice way to celebrate the tireless efforts of teachers in creating the leaders of tomorrow."

The winning entries will be judged by an esteemed panel comprising of various stalwarts from the field of education, pedagogy, and child psychology such as Dr Priya Kumari, Kritika Maurya, Rashmi Kothari, and Rama Kale, respectively.
