DataTrained Education On Hiring Spree, Aims To Triple Its Headcount

The company currently has a people strength of 180, which will grow to 540 employees post the team expansion, according to a statement.

DataTrained Education said it is planning to hire over 300 people in the next three months across departments in a bid to support its next phase of growth. Recruits will be at entry and mid-level across various departments including Learning Experience, Delivery, Marketing, and Program, along with Sales.

The company currently has a people strength of 180, which will grow to 540 employees post the team expansion, according to a statement.

Janardan Tiwari, CEO and Co-Founder, DataTrained Education, said, “The skill gap is quite large and it keeps getting bigger. When I was growing up, we haven’t even heard of things like AI (artificial intelligence) and machine learning. Now, something new comes up every five years and the learning must keep up with it.”
