ICSL Launches ReSet Certificate Course For Teachers

ReSet – an acronym for Relearn Essential Skills for Excellence in Teaching – is a mentorship program for reskilling teachers after pandemic disruptions and to reorient them to the New Education Policy

International Council for School Leadership, India’s premier not-for-profit institution for education leadership - has launched ReSet – a 3-week live and interactive certificate program for educators to 'Relearn Essential Skills for Excellence in Teaching', hence the acronym ReSET.

According to ICSL administrators, India has about 98 lakh schoolteachers, all of whom need to be reskilled to manage the disruptions caused by the pandemic as well as to implement the National Education Policy. To address these crucial needs, experts from the non-profit organisation, International Council for School Leadership (ICSL) designed a certificate course for teachers to Relearn Essential Skills for Excellence in Teaching (ReSET).

ReSET is the only certificate course for teachers that uses both synchronous and asynchronous learning tools. Every week from Monday to Thursday, participants interact with the mentors through highly interactive Zoom sessions of 2 hours each. Participants can use CANVAS LMS to access the content, participate in online discussions, and complete the assignments and assessments during and after the course.
