The end goal of any educational program is (and should be) to help students be ready for the workforce and to grow in their field of choice. Whether the aspirations for youngsters are to become scientists or business leaders, to be engineers, doctors, or performing artists, the foundation of our aspirations and dreams are set early on in the formative years of any student's learning journey. Irrespective of the end goal, early education forms the basis of success in one's career.

However, as technology has made inroads into nearly every facet of our lives, even the education industry hasn't remained untouched. Advancements in technology have made their way to the frontlines, changing how children are being taught. But this is not to say that teachers will be replaced because it's impossible to replace the human element of education. However, technology can improve the same sign as it can be forth systematic, efficient, and data-based decision making to K-12 education. For example, data coupled with AI and ML technology can assist in charting out a personalized learning path for an individual student.
Imagine a student interested in medical sciences, yet the lack of a personalized learning program keeps students limited to the cramming of history and geography lessons. Or a student, who wishes to be a computer scientist, the traditional learning curriculum forces them to the anatomy classes because that is what the curriculum needs.
The situations described above are not hypothetical. Still, yet we have come across many kids who lose their interest due to mundane and outdated curriculum dragging a kid to a mundane classroom, eventually demolishing the natural talent or natural curiosity.
