The NorthCap University hosts an interactive session for ‘Going Global Partnerships 2021’ in line with NEP 2020, in collaboration with British Council and Haryana State Higher Education Council.
The NorthCap University hosted an interactive session facilitated by Haryana State Higher Education Council and British Council for the ‘Going Global Partnerships 2021.’ During the event, Kanwar Pal Gujjar, Minister of Education, Govt of Haryana shared his special remarks on Haryana Education. The Vice-Chancellors of private and state-funded universities were also in attendance at the session.
ln keeping with the spirit of NEP-2020 for a strong focus on internationalisation in providing students flexibility and creating a customized program of study, the British Council, the UK’s educational and cultural opportunities organisation, has launched 'Going Global Partnerships'. Through the ’Going Global Partnerships’, British Council aims to strengthen India-UK partnerships by funding co-developed, joint programmes of study.
At the event opening remarks were offered by Rashi Jain, Director North India, British Council; she said, “India and the UK share a longstanding relationship in education collaboration, and we are committed to enabling internationalisation in higher education systems in India. The ‘Going Global Partnerships’ will create opportunities for young people in India and the UK, to experience an international learning experience, while delivering on the knowledge ambitions of both our countries."
