HRD to lighten burdened school bags with tablets

Concerned about the health issues of children; under 14 years and their back problems the Human Resource & Development (HRD) ministry introduced some proposals to lighten the burdened shoulders by replacing the physical textbooks with tablets. The HRD meeting was ushered by the HRD minister, Prakash Javadekhar to review school education. It is planning to start a pilot project to provide tablets in classrooms.
