IIM Rohtak honoured the director, faculty and students for their professional achievements, outstanding research and programme proficient from the previous year. Sanjeev Kaushal, IAS, Chief Secretary, Haryana was present as the chief guest and Dr Arvind Lal, Padma Shri, Chairman, MD, Dr Lal Path Labs was present as a guest of honour. 

IIM Rohtak have over 1500 students with over 70 per cent female representation and a flagship programme accredited by AMBA. In response to local community needs, students completed the Rural Engagement Programme (REP), conducting surveys across 22 districts of Haryana to assess government policies in education, health, agriculture and women's safety.

IIM Rohtak offers 25 short-duration management development programmes (MDP) for senior government officials and private enterprises. It conducts in-company programmes for organisations like CRPF, BIS, LIC, ITBP, IOCL, Tata AIG, Indian Police Services and Haryana Police Services. IIM Rohtak conducts impact assessments and provide consultancy services to various pivotal government agencies.

“AI for genetic profiling and being the first private lab approached by ICMR for RT-PCR tests during the COVID-19 pandemic. The importance of timely diagnosis, citing regular mammogram tests for women aged 35 and above for early detection of breast cancer. The industry has evolved from family-run establishments to thriving corporate entities, positioning itself as the sunrise sector”, Dr Arvind Lal, Chairman, MD, Dr Lal Path Labs, said. 

“The institute's ability to combine modern management ideas with timeless knowledge from ancient scriptures, drawing inspiration from Ramayana, Mahabharata, Bhagwad Gita and Arthashastra. IIM Rohtak's pivotal role in Haryana's growth by training public servants and enhancing governance. The Haryana government has started initiatives like Mukhya Mantri Yuva Udyami Yojana and Matrushakti Udyamita Yojana, fostering youth empowerment and women entrepreneurship”, Sanjeev Kaushal, IAS, Chief Secretary, Haryana, said.
