CBSE Opens Class 12 Boards Portal For Moderation
CBSE has opened its portal for moderation and finalization of results from July 16 (afternoon) till July 22 (midnight). Results will be declared on July 31, 2021.
To ensure justice and fairness to students, CBSE has come up with the moderation policy, portal for the same is now open for all the schools and institutes from July 16, 2021, till July 21, midnight. Class 12 CBSE Boards results will be declared on July 31, 2021. In case any school fails to submit the results on time, their result will be declared separately after July 31, 2021.
As per the notice by CBSE, the Results Committee is being exercised on behalf of the entire student population and is not limited to a particular school. Schools are therefore mandated to moderate the marks in such a manner that the results are comparable and no students should suffer.
To ease out the policy for the schools, CBSE has provided a distribution of marks based on the best performance of the previous three years, which is taken as a reference point for moderation. A user-friendly software has been developed by the CBSE, the guideline for which will be available on the portal.
