CBSE Teacher Training Programme On Entrepreneurship Teaching

EDII to conduct 6 days online training programme for CBSE teachers on entrepreneurship teaching

Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), Ahmedabad in association with CBSE will be conducting a six-day online training program for teachers of CBSE affiliated schools on entrepreneurship teaching. The teachers will be trained on the various aspects of Entrepreneurship Idea Generation, Business Opportunity Identification, Feasibility Studies, Business Plan Preparation, Project Planning & Development. They would also be guided on mentoring students about entrepreneurship as a career. The first batch of the programme, which shall be attended by 1000 school teachers, will commence from 16 August 2021, and continue till August 21, 2021. Three more batches of 1000 teachers each shall subsequently be imparted training on teaching Entrepreneurship. 

After the completion of the programme, an online test will be conducted and based on that participants will be awarded a certificate of successfully completing the ‘Training on Entrepreneurship Teaching.’ Interested participants can register by writing to the Department of Skill Education, CBSE.

In the sphere of education, the Institute offers two flagship programmes - the Post-Graduate Diploma in Management – Business Entrepreneurship (PGDM-BE) and Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Venture Development. EDII also offers a pioneering doctoral-level ‘Fellowship Programme in Management (FPM) with a focus on preparing thought leaders in entrepreneurship.
