The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur will finally close the registration process for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2022 on October 7. Those who want to apply for the GATE 2022 examination after the deadline can do so by paying a late fee. Previously, the GATE 2022 registration period ended on September 30th, with no late fees.

The following are the steps to register for GATE 2022:

Step 1: Navigate to the official website, https://gate.iitkgp.ac.in/.

Step 2: Look for and click on the GATE application form link on the home page.

Step 3: Candidates must finish the registration procedure by completing the GATE 2022 application form and submitting the necessary documents.

Step 4: In addition to uploading papers, the GATE 2022 application fee must be paid.

Step 5: Please review and submit the form.

IIT Kharagpur will hold the GATE 2022 test for the first time on February 5, 6, 12, and 13, 2022. While the admission cards will be distributed on January 3, 2022. Applicants taking the test will be required to complete 29 papers.
