Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad celebrated its 3rd Alumni Day on 18 December 18 2022, in hybrid mode for those who cannot witness the event. This year, the Institute has announced the 3rd set of Alumni Awards with a special Alumni Excellence Award for Entrepreneurship and Contribution to Nation Building, Institute Building to encourage Entrepreneurship among IITHians and be on the motto to serve Humanity.

On occasion, IITHAA announced 23 finalists of 10/10. IITHAA is set out to create the inaugural 10 on 10 list, to honour the next 10 big visionaries and Most Influential Alumni of IITH in the last 10 years in Entrepreneurship, Technology, Social, Corporate and Administration.

Alumni Awardees and other Alumni have also shared how they can contribute to the growth of the IITH.
