The collaboration will further enhance students’ academic journey through joint research programmes and staff exchanges
Macquarie University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with India’s MIT-World Peace University which seeks to boost joint research programmes, staff exchanges and study tours.
The MoU was signed in the presence of Professor S Bruce Dowton, Vice-Chancellor and President, Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia and Dr R M Chitnis, Vice Chancellor, MIT-World Peace University, Pune, India, on 29 November 2022 in Mumbai.
The MoU covers credit transfers and articulations in STEM and Management programs to support the next generation of executives by enhancing their managerial skills and technological expertise in tandem.
Apart from the benefits of student exchange, study tours and joint research programmes, students will also be eligible for direct admission to one-year Masters or an integrated arrangement for Undergraduate and Post Graduate degrees at Macquarie University.
