Marwadi Education Foundation Group of Institutions, along with Marwadi University, a private university based in Gujarat offering BE, MBA, BCA, BBA, MCA, B Com amongst other courses, has announced the successful placements drive of over 500 students in reputed companies including the likes of TCS, Cognizant and BYJU’s, to name a few. The university has ensured that students are placed with packages of up to Rs 10 lakh per annum.  

Marwadi University has also signed a training and placement MoU with Tata Consultancy Services.

With a recent World Economic Forum report stating that “creativity and emotional intelligence will emerge among the most critical skills, primarily because of the launch of new technologies, new ways of working and high demand for soft skills”, coupled with the ongoing impact of COVID-19, the MU placement cell has been working round the clock to implement a structured training system to ensure placement success. The primary objective being to develop a competitive edge and get students job-ready for the new demands and expectations of the industry. 

Through various training programmes conducted by the ‘Learning & Development Dept’, students are currently being trained virtually, incorporate soft-skills, interview-skills, organisational etiquette, critical thinking, advanced negotiation and communication tactics.
