UNEP, Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Floats Feel Programme For Envt Education

The global certificate course was launched in the presence of Gurudevshri Rakeshji along with UNEP India Goodwill Ambassador Dia Mirza and UN Champion of the Earth Afroz Shah

Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur has tied-up with the United Nations Environmental Programme at a global scale, as they launched the Faith for Earth Empathy Leadership (FEEL) Programme, to induce environmental leadership among children and youth worldwide.

A collaborative project between Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur and the Faith for Earth Initiative of UNEP, the ‘FEEL’ Programme is designed to make environmental education an emotional and experiential affair. The curation and design of the FEEL programme is envisioned to galvanise youth efforts towards climate action, environmental conservation and sustainability, not just in India, but across the globe.

The programme has been designed under the inspiration of Gurudevshri Rakeshji, founder of Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur. Across the past two years, volunteers of Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur have been closely working with UNEP India as well as UNEP Headquarters in Nairobi to create this holistic experiential programme.
