University Of Strathclyde Glasgow Open Applications For MSc In Pharma Analysis

The course consists of four theory and two practical modules running between October and April followed by examinations

The University of Strathclyde, Glasgow is inviting applications for its MSc  Pharmaceutical Analysis course starting in September 2023.

The course provides knowledge of the analytical techniques used to detect, identify and quantitatively determine drugs and related substances. Students will be introduced to techniques for evaluating analytical data and validating analytical methods and examine strategies for analytical research and development.

The course consists of four theory and two practical modules running between October and April followed by examinations.

If students pass all exams and wish to proceed to the MSc, they will undertake a 10-week research project. This will be in the University or at an external company or organisation. They will submit their thesis at the end of August.

Eligibility - Minimum second-class (2:2) honours degree, or international equivalent, in an appropriate science. IELTS 6.0 (with no component below 5.5).

Fee -  £24,450 for international students for 2023/24

Scholarship - Scholarships of between £4,000 - £6,000 are available to new international students joining a postgraduate taught master’s degree in the Faculty of Science at the University of Strathclyde, in the 2023/2024 academic year.
