The new name signifies its impact-driven vision with plans to 6X growth in FY-23

VANS Skilling and Advisory, a two-year-old, ‘tech-enabled, human intervened' mentorship platform, created by former CXOs and HR industry veterans, to help organisations accelerate their business growth, has announced its new brand identity -, specialising in skilling, interim CxOs and training, has over 15 C-suite veterans such as Hemant Kaul (Ex-MD & CEO of Bajaj Allianz), Sujan Sinha (Ex-MD & CEO of Shriram Housing), and Sandeep Divakaran (Ex-CEO of OLA Fleet technologies) as its angel investors on its board of directors.

The brand name,, captures the essence of how its partners, stakeholders, clients, mentors and teams perceive its offerings like Meraki (Interim CxO service), 10X (exponential growth at 10-times the value and outcome), YUGMA (enhancing the corporate career journey for students) and MSME Growth services. All of these programmes are suitably backed by technology that allows scale, standardisation and simplification of processes.

The key terms that were revealed in the renaming exercise are now reflected in the brand name:- 

  1. 'We’ - Its collaborative approach when working with customers and across functions for results gave rise to 'V’ in the new name.
  2. 'Mentors’ - From being seen as mentors focused on solving problems, execution of ideas and the outcome.
  3. 'AI’ -  A combination of plug and play tools, execution-focused approach, extensive experience and expertise in improving shareholder value uphold ‘All Intelligence’ or AI which includes IQ (Intelligence quotient), EQ (Emotional quotient), RQ (Rationality quotient), SQ (Spiritual Quotient) and MQ (Moral quotient).
