Researched and taught corporate finance and health finance for 37 years at IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Udaipur, IMI New Delhi, NMIMS Mumbai, Institute of Chartered Accounts of India and Shri Ram College of Commerce. Held the position of Dean at NMIMS. Currently on the Boards of Corporation Bank, National Small Industries Corporation, and Basic Health Services. Served on the boards of BEML and ITI.
