ICICI Securities, Manipal Global Skills Academy Partners To Skill Graduates
To hire and train graduates across nine cities nationwide
The Manipal Global Skills Academy, India’s skilling training enterprise, has partnered with ICICI Securities, India’s wealth-tech firms, to hire and train graduates for first-day job-ready.
Through this partnership, Manipal Global Skills Academy (MGSA) will lead the hiring and training of over 500 aspirants with 0-2 years of experience looking to join ICICI Securities across Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Pune.
Bridging the academia-industry skill gap, this 60-day intensive online programme will be tailored to equip candidates with industry-ready knowledge and technical know-how for various roles, including Sales Associates, Assistant Managers and Srenior Relationship Managers. A virtual training, the curriculum will be modularised, giving candidates flexibility for quick and agile yet deep learning. Along with technical and servicing skills, training in soft skills would also be imparted.
