upGrad Plans To Up Hire For Q2
In the Covid-induced job market, upGrad aims to carry out mass recruitment from 100+ campus, including metros and Tier 2 & 3 cities, as well as recruit from its own learners’ pool, thus enabling Bharat to work.
Amidst Covid 19 stricken market, upGrad has announced its plan to hire over 1000 employees to address its growing demand in the upcoming quarter. The three months will see the Edtech hire across departments including Learning Experience, Delivery, Marketing and Program, with Sales remaining predominant. upGrad also plans to hire from its own learner’s pool through their recruitment program called upGrad Rekrut.
